Lifting Our Stories is a non-profit organization that seeks to inspire and empower male youth of color from San Bernardino county through an outdoor based curriculum. L.O.S. provides outdoor excursions with transformational leadership development and mentorship in an effort to mold young men to strive towards academic excellence, sociopolitical consciousness and community pride.

The client wanted to bring elements that would be representative of the iconic mountains that surround the city of San Bernardino. They wanted a logomark that would be empowering and strong, yet would be appealing to high school students. The end result is an abstract depiction of mountain peaks that morphs into a path moving towards the horizon.
